His cultural heritage and identity – being a second generation Ghanaian, British-born South Londoner, has had a huge influence on his style in terms of the silhouettes with which he associates. He is inspired and driven by the desire to contribute in shaping the black British identity and his background gives him the ability to create and represent that narrative from within the working class and BAME community.
